Alan Gogoll is an Australian acoustic guitarist and composer, born beneath the expansive skies and natural beauty of Hobart, Tasmania.

Alan has etched his name into the hearts of listeners and fans around the world with his captivating melodies and bell harmonics technique, featured in many of his original songs such as Mulberry Mouse, Bell’s Harmonic and Chime.

Perhaps most known for the creation of his two handed harmonics technique aptly named ‘Bell Harmonics’, Alan plays all original compositions and features this technique in songs such as Mulberry Mouse, Bell’s Harmonic, Through the Leaves and Chime. Alan was recently named Acoustic Guitarist of the Year by Guitar World magazine in 2020, also placing first in several international guitar competitions.

Stringscapes is one of Alan’s most successful video series in which Alan build a custom guitar and camera rig to capture the string vibrations of his music from inside the guitar while looking out on different landscapes.

Alan’s love for the acoustic guitar and composing have won him an international audience and fanbase, and over three decades later it remains a source of joy, inspiration and expression.
